The British Taekwondo Control Board (B.T.C.B.) Gibraltar held a well attended seminar in Victoria Stadium sports hall on March 2004, which was conducted by Master Francisco A. Tellez Garcia (6th Dan), Director of the Andalucia Federation Academy, assisted by Ernest and Edward Garcia (3rd Dan) of B.T.C.B. Gibraltar. The technical and fighting techniques practiced would no doubt be an advantage for the local players.
