British Taekwondo Control Board (B.T.C.B.) Gibraltar held a seminar at Westside School on 30th March 2005 which was conducted by Master Francisco A. Tellez Garcia (6th Dan) Director of the Andalucia Taekwondo Federation Academy and Carlos Fernandez (1st Dan) assisted by Ernest and Edward Garcia (both 3rd Dan) of B.T.C.B. Gibraltar. The seminar was well attended and comprised of technical and sparring techniques which will no doubt be an advantage to the local competitors. These new techniques were learnt at the recent World Championships held in Madrid.

Various aspects of Taekwondo were featured during the Trade General Workers Union (T.G.W.U.) May Day at Casemates. B.T.C.B. Gibraltar wish to thank the Sports Secretary Mr. Joe Hernandez for his invaluable help at short notice as well as Mr. Edward and Ernest Garcia for the organisation.
