June 2003 saw three instructors from the Gibraltar Taekwondo Association; Ernest Garcia (3rd Dan), Clive Moreno (3rd Dan) and Edward Garcia (2nd Dan) attending a Master's Seminar at Northampton in the UK. The seminar consisted of various aspects of Taekwondo including self defence, sparring, destruction techniques and patterns.

A Dan Grade Promotion Board was carried out by Grandmaster Park Soo Nam (8th Dan); President of the B.T.C.B., and Deputy Secretary General of the W.T.F., Master Ian Lennox (6th Dan) Technical Director, Master Adrian Tranter (5th Dan) Vice Chairman of the B.T.C.B. and Master Neil Guest (6th Dan) Events coordinator. Edward Garcia successfully passed his 3rd Dan examination.
