On January 2004 Ernest and Edward Garcia (3rd Dan) from British Taekwondo Control Board Gibraltar attended a technical seminar, held by Master Francisco A. Tellez (6th Dan W.T.F.), director of the Andalucia Taekwondo Federation Academy and 4th Dan in Hapkido (Korean self-defence). He was assisted by European technical Champion (Nov 2003) Yong-Ho Jeum (4th Dan), born in Korea and resident in Jaen. The seminar consisted of various aspects of Taekwondo including self-defence, techniques and patterns.
